he DfE’s new Education Estates Strategy sets out a decade of change – with new expectations around estate planning, data, condition priorities and future funding. While many of the details will continue to evolve, one thing is clear: Responsible Bodies will need a more strategic, evidence-led approach to managing their estates and preparing for what comes next.

At Ashley Consultants, we’re already on top of the emerging changes – and we’re working alongside schools and trusts to make sense of what they mean in practice.

Education-Estates-StrategyOur role is to add value where it matters most:

• Developing clear estate strategies aligned to the new expectations
• Helping you prioritise investments based on risk, need and opportunity
• Identifying the viability and feasibility of potential projects
• Supporting the planning, funding preparation and delivery of improvement works.

The current funding landscape has become increasingly complex, and although the expected simpler structure is welcomed, there will still be important decisions to make and evidence to prepare.

We’re monitoring developments closely and working in partnership with our clients to ensure they remain compliant, prepared and well positioned to take advantage of future opportunities.

So the landscape may be changing but you don’t have to navigate it alone!

If you’d like reassurance that your estate plans are on the right track, we’re here to help.
